Minneapolis, MN–March 1, 2002–Boker's, Inc. announces production of extended sizes of washers which can now be specified up to 12.000" in diameter. Previously the company's washer sizes ranged from 0.080 to 2.631" in diameter; the new capabilities lets end users specify washers in short, medium and long runs in all sizes between 0.080 and 12.000".

Boker's washers and spacers are available in commonly specified and hard-to-find materials such as low carbon sheet steel, five types of spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and nickel silver, and non-metallic materials such as nylon.

Utilizing a CadCam drawing system, Boker's converts flat metal blanks into complex cylindrical, rectangular, square, or multi-faceted shells. The 3-dimensional shells are finished on-site, with services that include machining, heat treating, plating, and welding.

Boker's in-house tooling, with up to 220 ton capacity, enables them to produce draws up to 3" deep and 8" in diameter, with material thickness of .005" to .125". Draw materials include copper, brass, beryllium copper, nickel silver, aluminum, stainless steel, low and high carbon steel sheet, low alloy steel, monel, inconnel, and numerous other metals. The company's production is handled in short or medium runs to provide faster delivery.
